Join from the desktop app (Windows or Mac)

To get the most out of GoToTraining you can download and install the full-feature desktop software on your Windows and Mac computer. See Download GoToTraining for more information.

How to join from your confirmation email:

  1. Open the registration confirmation email from Sentek Cyber customercare@gototraining.com
  2. Click the join button in the email as pictured.

  1. Click the Citrix logo on the right upper hand corner as pictured.

  1. Click the button that appears on the menu that says “Switch to the desktop version”

  1. Click “Launch Application” to either launch the desktop app or proceed with the download if you haven’t already.

Join from a web browser

Using the GoToTraining Instant Join app, you can join trainings entirely within your web browser (rather than installing and using the GoToTraining desktop app). See GoToTraining Instant Join for more information.

You can download the GoToMeeting app for iOS to schedule, start and join meetings from anywhere. You can download the GoToWebinar app for iOS to join webinars while on the go.
