Eric Basu

Chief Executive Officer

Mr. Eric Basu is the CEO of Sentek Global. He’s a former U.S. Navy SEAL Commander who graduated from San Jose State University with a Bachelor of Science in Molecular Biology and holds an MBA from Anderson Graduate School of Management (UCLA).

Mr. Basu launched Sentek Global out of his home in 2001 with the goal of founding a firm committed to making a significant and long-standing positive difference for our clients. The company now employs nearly 200 people, over 50% of which are veterans. His leadership is a key reason for the company’s listing in the annual Inc. 5,000 list. He was a finalist for Entrepreneur Magazine’s Entrepreneur of the Year and San Diego Business Journal’s Most Admired CEO.

Mr. Basu has over 20 years of deep domain experience in project and program management, application development management, IT infrastructure assessments, IT Security audits, and strategic consulting.


Peter Kuebler

Chief Financial Officer

Peter Kuebler is a highly-accomplished, results-driven, senior financial/operational executive with a history of documented contributions and enhancing corporate value.

As Chief Financial Officer, Mr. Kuebler oversees all financial operations at Sentek Global.

While Mr. Kuebler has had the opportunity to wear many hats and refine the core senior-level financial, accounting and operational skills required of a Chief Financial Officer or Chief Operating Officer, he has built a strong reputation as an expert in government contracting, strategic planning, M&A, budgeting, financial analysis, ERP implementations, and banking relationships.

Mr. Kuebler has over 25 years of experience as a senior financial executive helping taking government contractors to the “next level”. His accomplishments include developing KPIs and sophisticated forecasting and analytical models that drive growth and profitability, directing five ERP implementations, providing financial leadership for ten acquisitions and divestitures resulting in increased enterprise value, and raising $46 million in multiple stock offerings, including an IPO.

Jesse Hamilton

Vice President of Customer Success

Mr. Jesse Hamilton is the Vice President of Customer Success and is responsible for the entire customer lifecycle from customer identification to operations & execution.  Mr. Hamilton leads a team of three business units that share Sentek Global’s top priority: customer success. Previously, Mr. Hamilton served as Sentek Global’s Director of Marketing & Business Development. He volunteers his time as a board member for the San Diego chapter of the Armed Forces Communications and Electronics Association (AFCEA) and sits as the Chair of the San Diego Aerospace and Defense Forum.

Mr. Hamilton is a Project Management Professional (PMP) and is a San Diego State University (SDSU) alumnus with a B.S. in Business Administration and Marketing.  Mr. Hamilton has continued his education, taking executive courses from Harvard Business School in Leadership and Harvard Law School in Negotiation.


Tricia Mercer

Vice President of People & Culture

Mrs. Tricia Mercer has been with Sentek Global for 15 years. Mrs. Mercer began her career with Sentek Global supporting Tactical Command & Control (TAC C2) in PMW 150 in an acquisition support role. She then transitioned to PMW 120 providing integration and cybersecurity support for multiple Maritime Domain Awareness (MDA) projects. Mrs. Mercer managed six Cybersecurity subcontracts for Sentek Global over the span of 4 years prior to transitioning into the Director of Operations role, which she held for five years prior to being promoted to Vice President of People & Culture.

Mrs. Mercer has a Certification of Negotiation from Harvard Law School (Program of Negotiation), a Certification of Mediation from National Conflict Resolution Center (NCRC), a Bachelor’s of Science in Management Information System from Tri-State University (now Trine University), and is currently pursuing her Master’s of Science in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Purdue University. In 2019, Mrs. Mercer was named a finalist in the San Diego Business Journal Business Women of the Year Awards.


Russ Novak

Business Unit Director, Mission Assurance Advanced Solutions

Mr. Novak is a Command and Control expert with special emphasis in System Architecture and Requirements Engineering and has been with Sentek Global for over seven years. Prior to his time at Sentek Global, Novak served as a U.S. Navy Intelligence Officer. He holds a B.A. in German from Rutgers University, and is a graduate of the U.S. Air Force Command & Staff College and the Defense Intelligence Agency Joint Military Attaché School.


Justin Parker

Business Unit Director, Mission Communication & Integration Solutions

Mr. Justin Parker joined Sentek Global in 2009 as a Systems Engineer shortly after his time as a US Air Force Officer. A diverse background in both government and commercial industries has provided Mr. Parker with experience encompassing the full spectrum of executive level support, operations, new product development and problem-solving. Mr. Parker graduated from the University of California, San Diego with an M.S. in Architecture Enterprise Systems Engineering; the University of San Diego with an M.S. in Global Leadership and Management; the United States Air Force Academy with a B.S. Human Factors Engineering; and Harvard Law School with a certificate in negotiation.


Ryan Cox

Business Unit Director, Mission Innovation & Technology Solutions

Mr. Ryan Cox is a Senior Executive with over 22 years of operations and sales leadership experience. He has specific subject matter expertise in foreign military sales (FMS) and an extensive track record of successfully fostering innovative solutions to the Sentek Global customer base. Mr. Cox, previously a Surface Warfare Officer, graduated from the United States Naval Academy with a B.S. in Oceanography. He is also a former President of AFCEA NOVA Chapter.


Linda Alvarado

Deputy Business Unit Director, Mission Assurance Advanced Solutions

Mrs. Linda Alvarado has over 25 years of experience in program management, process improvement, financial management, and project control. She is a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt and holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from the University of Phoenix and a Project Management Certificate. Her strong background in supporting government programs and expertly leading teams has enabled her to build a repertoire of skills necessary to drive high performance results. Mrs. Alvarado is a recipient of AFCEA’s Medal of Merit Award, AFCEA’s Meritorious Service Award, a core organizer of AFCEA’s C4ISR Symposium, and a member of Women in Defense.
